In this role, you will craft customized cut, color, and styling experiences using premium products and advanced techniques, while cultivating your own clientele within our curated environment. Our commission structure rewards both artistry and business growth, offering unparalleled earning potential alongside extensive professional development. We compensate our stylists using the Uncapped Commissions model. This means you receive the lions share of the profit from your services, your percentage is determined solely on the amount of service dollars earned, and your opportunity for growth is endless. KSB provides an extensive list of materials to ensure you have everything you need to succeed, all you have to provide is your tools; such as shears, hot tools, and clippers. Ideal candidates will possess a valid cosmetology license, a proven portfolio of high-quality work, and the ability to build lasting client relationships with discretion and grace. Ideal candidates hold a valid nail technician license, have a strong portfolio of high-quality work, and possess a natural talent for customer care and discretion.
